"Lets have a PEP talk"

•     Patient - I don't like being confrontational, so I don't enjoy yelling at people.  When people make mistakes, I see it as a natural process of learning.  Yelling at the students will only make them feel worse about their mistakes.  

•     Experienced - I am in my 7th year as a driving instructor.  I have over 6000+ hours as a driving instructor, so I know a few things or two more than other rookie instructors who just started working as a driving instructor.  

•     Passionate - I have found working as a driving instructor the most fulfilling.  If you don't like what you are doing, its hard to show up for work and put on a happy face.  You can only do it for so long. Being a driving instructor is hardwork, but I enjoy doing it.
